Eighty-plus probe types. One base unit. Mix what you need.
The InfraSensing SensorGateway is one box that accepts dozens of different probes over RJ45 or wireless. Start with the four or five that matter for your site, add more later without ripping the unit out. The full catalogue runs to over eighty distinct sensor types, the most commonly deployed in Australia are below.
The basics. If a server room or BESS container goes wrong, it usually shows up here first.
Room, rack inlet, return air, and external. Multiple per base unit, with per-probe alert thresholds.
Examples: Server cabinets, switchrooms, cold rooms, BESS interior, ambient outdoor.
Combined T+RH probes are most common. Catches condensation risk and tape archive failure.
Examples: Data halls, museum archives, pharma cold chain, comms rooms.
Calculated from T+RH, surfaces a single number you can alert on instead of two.
Examples: Anywhere condensation is the actual risk.
Detects fan failure or blocked vents. Pairs naturally with cabinet temp readings.
Examples: Hot/cold aisle verification, cabinet exhaust, floor tile delivery.
First-stage warnings, well before the building's own fire system would notice.
VESDA-style aspirating smoke heads or local point detectors at rack level.
Examples: Inside the rack, BESS container, control rooms.
Spot detectors or rope sensors that follow a wall or floor edge.
Examples: Under raised floors, around CRAC units, beside hot water tanks.
H2, CO, CO2, VOC, refrigerants (R32, R134A, R454B), Cl2, NH3, SF6, more. The full list of 80-plus probe types lives here.
Examples: BESS off-gas (H2 + VOC), pharmacy CO2, refrigerant leaks, plant rooms.
PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10. Catches dust load, construction nuisance, fire pre-cursor.
Examples: Comms rooms with neighbour renovations, switchrooms in mining sites.
Energy quality data the kit you already own probably is not telling you.
AC voltage with brownout / over-voltage thresholds, plus DC for control panels.
Examples: Wall outlets, PDU feeds, control DC busbars.
Per-circuit current draw, useful for catching gradual load creep.
Examples: Rack PDU phases, sub-distribution boards, BESS auxiliary loads.
Mains presence, generator running, transfer switch state.
Examples: Edge sites, regional comms rooms, off-grid sheds.
Quality side of the supply, surfaces dirty power before it eats hardware.
Examples: Solar-heavy sites, gen-backed facilities, BESS interconnect rooms.
Who, when, what moved, what shook, what made noise.
Magnetic reed switches with timestamped state changes. Optional wired tamper.
Examples: Cabinet doors, comms cupboards, plant rooms, switchgear panels.
Movement inside a normally-empty room.
Examples: After-hours cabinet area, container interiors.
Catches a fan that's just started screaming, or a relay that's chattering.
Examples: Plant rooms, generator enclosures, container UPS.
Bearing wear, pump cavitation, inverter resonance.
Examples: Gen sets, cooling pumps, large UPSes, BESS HVAC.
Was the door left ajar, was the light left on, did the LED panel fail.
Examples: Cabinet interior, tape vault, mantrap.

Above is a working subset of the catalogue. The base unit supports a much broader range, including industry-specific gas and refrigerant probes, ATEX-rated variants, and custom 4-20 mA / 0-10 V inputs. Tell us what you want to monitor and we will quote the right probe.
